Congregacion FiladelfiaIglesia Luterana Evangelica Peruana serves 15 congregations throughout the country of Peru, many of which are among the poorest in the country. A group of artists from around the United States traveled with members of the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast Synod, ELCA to visit some of these congregations with the hope to tell their story through community arts projects.Shot & Edited with Will Colby
